There could be several reasons.
- The confirmation email may have landed in your email account’s spam folder.
- Your payment may have failed. Please check if the amount has been deducted from your bank account.
- If you have paid via Net Banking, it could take a couple of days to receive the confirmation email.
If you have not received the confirmation email even 2 days after successful payment, please contact customer support at support.exclusive@isha.sadhguru.org
