Rudraksha should be worn around the neck by stringing it with a thread made of pure undyed cotton or raw silk. It can also be worn with copper, silver, or gold chain, but make sure not to cup the Rudraksha or tie the wire tightly as it might damage or cause the Rudraksha to crack.
